My main memory of June is the way she welcomed me into the family - from the start. As I got to know June I learnt that she was a very funny and entertaining character. We loved going to see her in her bungalow in Pagham, playing with her various dogs, listening to her stories, hearing about her latest escapades out and about in Pagham. June was a warm and loving and always found time for us. She meant a lot to all of us.

I fondly remember Nan’s penchant for Barley wine at Christmas: truly an acquired taste! She also made a Great Shepherd’s pie. However, my fondest memory is of whistling the “Great escape” as we raced down the hill with her in her wheelchair from Seaton! Such great fun! Rest in peace. Richard xxxxx (Grandson)
